摘　　要：目的探讨短效口服避孕药在早期人工流产后的临床疗效。方法将2021年1月—2023年12月在本院治疗的240例早期人工流产后出血患者随机分为两组,每组120例。对照组使用常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用短效口服避孕药治疗,对比两组的各项恢复指标、并发症、卵巢功能指标、不良反应。结果观察组术后腹痛时间、阴道出血消失时间、阴道出血量、月经恢复时间均少于对照组,月经量大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组宫腔积液、盆腔感染、宫颈粘连、子宫内膜粘连等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后14 d的促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、抗缪勒管激素(AMH)、抑制素B(INH-B)、子宫内膜厚度高于对照组,促性腺激素(FSH)低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应相当(P>0.05)。结论短效口服避孕药在早期人工流产后的临床效果显著,能缩短止血时间,加快月经恢复时间,调节性激素水平,减少并发症风险。Objective To explore clinical effect of short acting oral contraceptives after early induced abortion.Methods The paper chose 240 patients with early induced abortion bleeding in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group with short acting oral contraceptives.Recovery indicators,complications,ovarian function indicators,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The observation group had less postoperative abdominal pain time,disappearance time of vaginal bleeding,vaginal bleeding volume,and menstrual recovery time than the control group,while menstrual volume was more than the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications of uterine fluid accumulation,pelvic infection,cervical adhesion,and endometrial adhesion in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The LH,E2,AMH,INH-B,and endometrial thickness of the observation group were higher than the control group 14 days after surgery,while FSH was lower than the control group(P<0.05),there were comparable adverse reactions between two groups,(P>0.05).Conclusion Short acting oral contraceptives can achieve significant clinical effect after early induced abortion,can shorten hemostasis time,accelerate menstrual recovery time,regulate sex hormone levels,and reduce incidence of complications.
