中医综合疗法在老年髋部骨折术后应用对下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果

摘　　要：目的研究中医综合治疗方案在老年髋部骨折术后应用对预防患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的有效性。方法选择2022年1月—2023年12月本院所收集的80例接受髋部骨折术后老年患者进行研究,并将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。其中,对照组采用肝素注射液进行治疗,研究组采用中医综合疗法进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果和DVT预防效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组DVT、PT异常发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应的发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前,两组患肢小腿周径均值对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3 d、7 d两组周径均有所减小,研究组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年髋部骨折术后患者采用中医综合疗法能够大大提高治疗的效果,降低DVT发生率,推广价值更高。Objective To investigate the effect of TCM comprehensive therapy in preventing lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT)of elderly patients with postoperative hip fractures.Methods The paper chose 80 elderly patients with hip fracture surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 for study,and divided them into the control group and the study group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with heparin injection,while the study group with comprehensive TCM therapy.Curative effect and DVT prevention effect was compared between two groups.Results After the study,total effective rate of the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of abnormal DVT and PT in the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in mean circumference of lower limbs between two groups,(P>0.05).After 3 days and 7 days of treatment,circumference of both groups decreased,that of the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM comprehensive therapy can improve curative effect significantly,reduce DVT incidence of elderly patients with hip fractures after surgery,which has high promotion value.
