摘　　要：目的探究耳穴压豆疗法对颈椎小关节紊乱的干预效果。方法收集2023年1月—2024年7月在韶关市中医院治疗的颈椎小关节紊乱患者75例,使用随机数字表法将其划分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=35)。对照组给予常规治疗与常规护理;观察组基于对照组方案实施耳穴压豆疗法。持续干预2周,比较两组临床疗效;比较两组治疗前后颈痛量表(NPQ)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分与健康相关生活质量(WHOQOL-BREF)评分。结果相比于对照组,观察组疗效更高(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后两组WHOQOL-BREF评分均升高,NPQ评分与NDI评分均下降,观察组改善幅度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论颈椎小关节紊乱症经耳穴压豆疗法治疗的效果显著,且能明显改善颈椎疼痛、颈椎功能障碍,利于患者生活质量的提升,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the intervention effect of auricular point pressing therapy on cervical facet joint disorders.Methods A total of 75 patients with cervical facet joint disorders treated in Shaoguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to July 2024 were collected and divided into two groups using the random number table method:the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35).The control group received conventional treatment and care,while the observation group was treated with auricular point pressing therapy based on the control group's protocol.The intervention lasted for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared by evaluating the Neck Pain Questionnaire(NPQ)score,Neck Disability Index(NDI)score,and World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)score before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher therapeutic effect(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the WHOQOL-BREF score increased and the NPQ score and NDI score decreased in both groups after treatment,with a greater improvement in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing therapy has a significant effect on cervical facet joint disorders,can significantly improve cervical pain and cervical dysfunction,and is beneficial to the improvement of patients'quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
