摘　　要：目的探讨宣肺清瘟颗粒对急性气管-支气管炎(风热犯肺证)的治疗效果。方法选取本院2023年1—12月收治的80例肺炎支原体感染所致急性气管-支气管炎(风热犯肺证)患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(常规治疗)与治疗组(宣肺清瘟颗粒治疗),每组40例,比较两组中医症候积分、疗效及炎症指标水平。结果两组治疗前的中医证候积分基本一致(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组的中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的血清白介素-6、超敏-C反应蛋白水平基本一致(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组的这两项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用宣肺清瘟颗粒治疗急性气管-支气管炎(风热犯肺证),可有效缓解患者的临床症状,提升临床疗效,抑制炎症反应,应用价值较高。Objective To explore curative effect of lungs ventilating and heat-clearing granules on acute tracheobronchitis(attack of lung by wind and heat).Methods The paper chose 80 patients with acute tracheobronchitis caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection(attack of lung by wind and heat)in our hospital from January to December 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into the control group(treated with routine treatment)and the treatment group(with lungs ventilating and heat-clearing granules)randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Traditional Chinese medicine symptom points,curative effect,and inflammatory index levels were compared between two groups.Results TCM syndrome points between two groups before treatment were basically the same,P>0.05.TCM syndrome points of the treatment group after treatment were lower than the control group,P<0.05.Total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.Levels of serum interleukin-6 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein before treatment were basically the same between two groups,P>0.05.After treatment,two indicators in the treatment group were lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Lungs ventilating and heat-clearing granules can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve clinical effect,inhibit inflammatory reactions of patients with acute tracheobronchitis(attack of lung by wind and heat),which has high application value.
