摘　　要：目的探究踝关节骨折患者应用关节内注射玻璃酸钠治疗对其关节功能康复的临床效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年12月在佛山市南海区第五人民医院足踝外科住院的踝关节骨折术后病人80例为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组(n=40,常规治疗)、治疗组(n=40,关节内注射玻璃酸钠),对比分析两组在治疗前、治疗后Cedell踝关节骨折疗效评分(疼痛、踝关节稳定性、日行走、跑步、工作能力、踝关节活动度及X线)。结果治疗前两组在疼痛、踝关节稳定性、日行走、跑步、工作能力、踝关节活动度及X线结果方面的对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组疼痛、踝关节稳定性、日行走、跑步、工作能力、踝关节活动度评分及X线结果与对照组相比较低(P<0.05)。结论在关节内注射玻璃酸钠,能够有效减轻患者的疼痛感,促进其关节功能的恢复,并且治疗风险相对较低,在临床上的应用效果显著,显示出较高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate on joint function rehabilitation of patients with ankle fractures.Methods The paper chose 80 postoperative patients with ankle fractures in the Foot and Ankle Surgery Department of Foshan City Nanhai District the Fifth People's Hospital from January 1,2023 to December 23,2023,and divided them into the control group(n=40,treated with routine treatment)and the treatment group(n=40,with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate)according to different treatment plans.Total scores of Cedell ankle fracture effect(pains,ankle stability,daily walking,running,work ability,ankle range of motion,and X-ray)was summarized before and after treatment between two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no specific difference in pains,ankle stability,daily walking,running,work ability,ankle range of motion,and X-ray between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,pains,ankle stability,daily walking,running,work ability,ankle range of motion,and X-ray results in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate can reduce pains,improve joint function recovery and reduce treatment risks,which has significant clinical application value.
