维生素B2与康复新液联合治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的效果及对患儿生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究维生素B2与康复新液联合治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的效果及对患儿生活质量的影响。方法选择2022年1月—2024年6月在本中心接受疱疹性咽峡炎治疗的患儿120例为研究对象,根据治疗方案将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组接受常规对症治疗+康复新液,观察组则在对照组基础上联合维生素B2,比较两组治疗后疗效、炎症反应以及患儿生活质量。结果观察组咽峡疱疹消失时间、咽痛缓解时间、退热时间、恢复进食时间、痊愈时间均较对照组短(P<0.05);治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组CRP、WBC、EOS、NS、LYM炎性指标表达均更低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PedsQL4.0量表4个不同的维度最终评估分值均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论维生素B2与康复新液联合治疗疱疹性咽峡炎,可调节炎症反应,增强免疫功能与整体疗效,从而提高患儿生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of vitamin B2 combined with Kangfuxin solution in treatment of herpetic pharyngitis and its effect on life quality of pediatric patients.Methods The paper chose 120 children with herpetic pharyngitis in our center from January 2022 to June 2024 as subjects,divided them into the control group and the observation group according to treatment plan,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine symptomatic treatment and rehabilitation solution,while the observation group with vitamin B2 baed on the control group.Curative effect,inflammatory response,and life quality was compared between two groups after treatment.Results The observation group had shorter disappearance time,relief time of sore throat,fever reduction time,diet resuming time,and recovery time than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,expression of inflammatory markers of CRP,WBC,EOS,NS,and LYM in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,final evaluation scores of four different dimensions of the PedsQL4.0 scale in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of vitamin B2 and Kangfuxin solution can regulate inflammatory response,enhance immune function and overall effect in treatment of herpetic pharyngitis,and improve life quality of children,which is worthy of promotion.
