情志护理联合穴位贴敷对高血压患者血压值、焦虑、眩晕及睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的探究情志护理联合穴位贴敷对高血压(HBP)患者血压值、焦虑、眩晕及睡眠的影响。方法选取2023年4月—2024年4月东莞市中医院收治HBP患者84例,根据随机数字表法将其分成干预组与参照组,每组42例。所有患者皆行常规降压给药,参照组予以常规护理,干预组予以情志护理联合穴位贴敷,皆连续护理5 d。比较两组护理前、护理5 d后血压[舒张压(DBP)与收缩压(SBP)]、焦虑状况[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)]、眩晕程度[眩晕障碍量表(DHI-S)]与睡眠[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)]的变化。结果护理后,干预组DBP与SBP值显著少于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,干预组HAMA、DHI-S与PSQI评分显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对HBP患者,实施情感护理与穴位贴敷相结合的方法,可以有效地改善其血压水平,减轻焦虑情绪,缓解眩晕症状,并提升睡眠质量。Objective To explore the effect of emotional nursing combined with acupoint application on blood pressure,anxiety,dizziness,and sleep level of hypertension patients(HBP).Methods The paper chose 84 hypertension patients in Dongguan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2023 to April 2024,and divided them into the intervention group and the reference group with random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.All cases were treated with routine antihypertensive medication,with the reference group with routine nursing and the intervention group with emotional nursing combined with acupoint application,with continuous nursing for 5 days.Changes in blood pressure(DBP and SBP),anxiety(Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)),vertigo severity(DHI-S)and sleep(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI))were compared between two groups before and after 5 days of nursing.Results After nursing,the DBP and SBP values in the intervention group were significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the HAMA,DHI-S and PSQI scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional nursing combined with acupoint application can improve blood pressure,reduce anxiety,improve dizziness,and enhance sleep quality of hypertension patients effectively.
