医院西药房不合理用药处方分析及临床合理用药管理探究

摘　　要：目的分析医院西药房不合理用药处方情况,探究临床合理用药管理措施。方法以本院2022年6月—2023年5月西药房开具的96张处方为对照组,以2023年6月—2024年5月开具的96张处方为观察组。其中,对照组给予常规的用药管理,观察组给予临床合理用药管理措施,对比两组抗生素的过度使用、药物剂量的错误配置、药物的重复使用以及不合理的药物联用等情况。结果干预后,对照组抗生素过度使用、药物剂量错误配置、药物重复使用以及不合理药物联用的发生率均比观察组高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);对照组用药后不良反应的总发生率比观察组高(χ^(2)=7.705,P=0.006)。结论对医院西药房不合理用药处方进行分析,并采取临床合理用药管理,能够大大降低不合理用药情况,确保医院西药房工作顺利开展,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze situation of irrational medication prescriptions in pharmacy of the hospital and explore management measures for clinical rational drug use.Methods The paper chose 96 prescriptions issued by pharmacy in our hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 as the control group,and 96 prescriptions issued from June 2023 to May 2024 as the observation group.The control group was treated with routine drug use management,while the observation group with clinical rational drug use management measures.Overuse of antibiotics,incorrect dosage configuration,repeated use of drugs,and irrational drug combination was compared between two groups.Results Comparison of overuse of antibiotics,incorrect dosage allocation,repeated use of drugs,and irrational drug combination between two intervention groups found,incidence of various indicators in the control group was higher than observation group.Total incidence of the control group was 38.54%,and that of the observation group was 7.29%,difference between two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=27.893,P=0.000).Total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the control group during experiment was 12.50%,and that of the observation group was 2.08%,difference between two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.705,P=0.006).Conclusion Analyzing irrational drug prescriptions in the hospital pharmacy and carrying out clinical rational drug management can reduce irrational drug use greatly,ensure smooth operation of the hospital pharmacy,which is worthy of reference.
