摘　　要：目的探讨药师用药指导对门诊合理用药水平的影响。方法选取2023年1—6月本院门诊处方1000张设为对照组,仅做简单指导;选取2023年7—12月门诊处方1000张设为观察组,通过药师用药指导对处方进行审核,对两组处方合理性及患者服药情况进行比较。结果观察组不合理处方审出率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组超说明书用量用药、用药剂量过小、服药时间不当、用法用量错误、诊断不全、用药不对症、存在配伍禁忌、重复用药的发生率明显较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组患者服药依从率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论药师用药指导可提高门诊合理用药水平,减少不合理用药处方率,提高患者服药依从性,减少药物不良反应,具有推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of pharmacist medication guidance on level of rational drug use in outpatient clinics.Methods The paper chose 1000 outpatient prescriptions in our hospital from January to June 2023 as the control group for simple guidance,and 1000 outpatient prescriptions from July to December 2023 as the observation group,with prescriptions review and medication guidance by pharmacist.Rationality of prescriptions and medication situation was compared between two groups.Results Irrational prescription rate in the observation group was higher than the control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Overdosing medication from instructions,excessively small doses,inappropriate medication timing,incorrect usage and dosage,incomplete diagnosis,inappropriate medication,contraindications to compatibility,repeated medication of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Medication compliance rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmacist medication guidance can improve rational drug use level in outpatient clinics,reduce irrational drug prescriptions,improve medication compliance of patients,and reduce incidence of adverse drug reactions,which has promotional value.
