摘　　要：目的探究Robocare全程护理模式在达芬奇机器人辅助腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术中的应用效果。方法将2023年度内在达芬奇机器人辅助腔镜下行胰十二指肠切除的患者作为研究对象,以随机抽取法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组20例。其中,对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组采取Robocare全程护理模式,对比两组所产生的不同效果。结果观察组排气时间、下床时间、拔管时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);观察组依从性评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、认知功能显著升高(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生情况明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在达芬奇机器人辅助下的胰十二指肠切除术后,采用Robocare全程护理模式,显著提升了护理的依从性和患者的满意度。该模式有效缩短了术后住院时间,并促进了患者体力的恢复以及生活质量的提高。Objective To explore practical application of the Robocare whole process nursing mode for da Vinci robot assisted endoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy.Methods The paper chose patients with endoscopic resection of lower pancreas and duodenum with Da Vinci robot in 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into the control group and observation group randomly,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing mode,while the observation group with Robocare whole process nursing mode.Different effect was compared between two groups.Results The observation group had lower exhaust time,out of bed time,extubation time,and length of stay than the control group(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compliance scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Physical function,role function,social function,and cognitive function of the observation group significantly increased(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Robocare whole process nursing mode can improve nursing compliance and satisfaction degree of patients with Da Vinci robot assisted endoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy significantly,reduce postoperative length of stay effectively,promote postoperative physical recovery,and improve life quality of patients.
