摘　　要：目的探讨嗓音训练结合回授式健康教育在声带息肉术后嗓音康复中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月—2023年5月本院收治的声带息肉患者96例,根据随机数表法将其分为试验组和参照组,每组48例。参照组采用术后常规护理干预措施,试验组给予嗓音训练结合回授式健康教育干预,比较两组患者干预前后嗓音障碍指数量表(VHI-30)评分、嗓音指标、自我管理能力评分,观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果相对于参照组,干预后试验组患者功能、生理和情感等维度评分更低(P<0.05)。干预后试验组患者基频微扰(Jitter)、振幅微扰(Shimmer)和噪谐比(NHR)均低于参照组(P<0.05)。相对于参照组,干预后试验组患者各项自我管理能力评分更高(P<0.05)。试验组患者不良反应发生率(2.08%)低于参照组(18.75%)(χ^(2)=7.144,P=0.008)。结论嗓音训练结合回授式健康教育可促进声带息肉术后患者嗓音恢复,提高患者自我管理能力,减少不良反应,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore application effect of voice training combined with feedback health education in voice rehabilitation after vocal cord polyp surgery.Methods The paper chose 96 patients with vocal cord polyps in our hospital from September 2021 to May 2023,and divided them into the experimental group and the control group with random number table method.The control group was treated with routine postoperative nursing interventions,while the experimental group with voice training combined with feedback health education interventions.The VHI scores,voice indicators and self-management ability scores were compared before and after intervention between two groups,incidence of adverse reactions was observed between two groups.Results The intervention group had lower scores in functional,physiological,and emotional dimensions than the control group,(P<0.05).After intervention,average levels of Jitter,Shimmer and NHR in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group had higher scores in various self-management abilities after intervention than the control group,(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(2.08%)was lower than the control group(18.75%)(P=0.008).Conclusion Voice training combined with feedback health education can promote voice recovery,improve self-management ability,and reduce adverse reactions of postoperative patients with vocal cord polyps,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
