摘　　要：目的探究Focus-PDCA模式引导路径设计的APP系统用于肝癌介入治疗患者临床护理工作中的具体效果及价值。方法选取2022年3月—2023年9月在本院定期化疗的108例肝癌患者进行前瞻性研究,并采用随机数字表法将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组54例。其中,对照组行常规护理治疗方案,观察组在此基础上应用Focus-PDCA引导路径APP系统,行持续质量改进模式护理,对比两组患者护理前后疼痛程度、负性情绪、并发症发生率及生命质量。结果对比两组患者护理前后疼痛程度评分,研究组VAS评分明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者后负性情绪对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组HAMA、HAMD评分明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生命质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组生命质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Focus-PDCA引导路径APP系统能够加强医疗效率管理、医疗质量管理及病历管理,应用于肝癌介入治疗患者临床护理,能够降低患者疼痛程度与并发症发生率,改善患者负性情绪,提高生活质量,护理效果显著,值得在临床医学中应用推广。Objective To explore the specific effect and value of APP system designed on basis of Focus-PDCA guidance path in clinical nursing of patients with interventional therapy for liver cancer.Methods The paper chose 108 liver cancer patients with regular chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2022 to September 2023 for prospective study,and divided them into the control group and the observation group with random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing treatment,while the observation group with continuous quality improvement mode nursing by Focus-PDCA guidance path APP system on the basis.Pain level,negative emotions,incidence of complications,and life quality was compared between two groups before and after nursing.Results Pain levels comparison between two groups before and after nursing showed,VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in negative emotions between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in life quality scores between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,life quality scores of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Focus-PDCA guided pathway APP system can strengthen medical efficiency management,medical quality management,and medical record management,can reduce pains and incidence of complications,improve negative emotions,and enhance life quality of patients with liver cancer intervention treatment during clinical nursing,which has significant nursing effect and is worthy of promotion in clinical medical practice.
