综合性院内护理在急诊创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合性院内护理在急诊创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法从2022年1月—2024年1月急诊内收治的创伤性骨折患者中抽取110例作为研究对象,并按照1:1的比例将其分为实验组和对照组,每组55例。其中,对照组接受常规护理,实验组接受综合护理,对比两组护理效果。结果实验组负性情绪、生活质量、围手术期指标、护理质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急诊创伤性骨折患者实施综合性院内护理,能缓解负性情绪,提高生活质量,缩短住院时间,提高护理质量,有助于患者康复。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive in-hospital nursing for emergency traumatic fracture patients.Methods The paper chose 110 patients with traumatic fractures in emergency department from January 2022 to January 2024 as study subjects,and divided them into the experimental group and the control group in a 1:1 ratio,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the experimental group with comprehensive nursing.Nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results The experimental group had better negative emotions,life quality,surgical quality,and nursing quality than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive in-hospital nursing can alleviate negative emotions,improve life quality,shorten length of stay,enhance nursing quality of emergency traumatic fracture patients,which is beneficial for recovery of patients.
