循证护理干预在连续肾脏替代疗法治疗脓毒症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究循证护理干预在连续肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)治疗脓毒症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2024年6月在本院接受CRRT治疗的153例脓毒血症患者进行研究,按随机双盲法将所有患者分为对照组(n=76)与研究组(n=77)。其中,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用循证护理。比较两组患者肠胃功能[胃肠道症状分级评分表(GSRS)]、器官衰竭状况[序贯器官功能竭评估量表(SOFA)]、生活质量[生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)]、护理满意度。结果护理后,两组患者GSRS评分、SOFA评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组WHOQOL-100各领域评分均显著提升,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预在CRRT治疗脓毒症患者中效果显著,可改善患者肠胃功能、器官衰竭状况,提高生活质量及护理满意度。Objective To explore and study application of evidence-based nursing intervention in treatment of sepsis patients with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT).Methods The paper chose 153 sepsis patients treated with CRRT in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2024 for study,and divided them into the control group(n=76)and the study group(n=77)with randomly double-blind method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the study group with evidence-based nursing.Scores of gastrointestinal function(GSRS),organ failure status(SOFA),life quality(WHOQOL-100),and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,the GSRS scores and SOFA scores of two groups decreased significantly,those of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).WHOQOL-100 scores of two groups increased in various fields significantly,those of the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence based nursing intervention is significantly effective in treatment of sepsis patients with CRRT,can improve gastrointestinal function,organ failure,life quality and nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
