微信平台平衡膳食指导在肥胖儿童体重管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究微信平台平衡膳食指导在肥胖儿童体重管理中的应用价值。方法收集2021年10月—2023年6月在本社区卫生服务中心进行体重管理的肥胖儿童280例,依据不同体质量管理方案分为两组,参照组(n=140)与干预组(n=140)。参照组予以常规营养指导,干预组给予微信群平台平衡膳食指导。比较两组管理前后饮食达标情况、儿童体质量以及身体成分指标。结果管理后两组肥胖儿饮食指标总能量、碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪达标情况较管理前提升,且观察组管理后达标情况高于参照组(P<0.05)。相比于管理前,管理后干预组体重、BMI、体脂百分比、内脏脂肪面积水平下降,且干预组改善幅度优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论肥胖儿童体质量管理期间施行微信平台平衡膳食指导,利于平衡身体所需膳食能量以及调整体质量、身体各成分指标,促饮食达标,积极管理儿童的体质量,值得推广。Objective To explore application value of balanced diet guidance based on WeChat platform for weight management of obese children.Methods The paper collected 280 obese children in our community health service center for weight management from October 2021 to June 2023,and divided them into two groups based on different quality management plans:the reference group(n=140)and the intervention group(n=140).The reference group was treated with routine nutritional guidance,while the intervention group with balanced dietary guidance based on the WeChat group platform.Dietary standards,body mass,and body composition indicators were compared between two groups before and after management.Results After management,dietary indicators of total energy,carbohydrates,protein and fat of two groups were higher than before management,compliance status of the observation group was higher than the reference group after management,(P<0.05).Weight,BMI,body fat percentage,and visceral fat area levels of the intervention group after management were lower than before,improvement in the intervention group was better than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Balanced diet guidance based on WeChat platform is beneficial for balancing required dietary energy,adjusting body mass and various component indicators,promoting dietary standards,and managing body mass of obese children during body mass management,which is worthy of promotion.
