摘　　要：目的探寻Waff运动联合生物刺激反馈对产妇腹部核心力量恢复的效果。方法通过随机数字表法将2023年3月—2024年3月于本院进行产后康复的88例产妇分为对照组与实验组,其中对照组产妇44例,使用常规康复治疗,实验组产妇44例,在对照组基础上使用Waff运动联合生物刺激反馈。观察两组产妇的36条目简明健康量表(SF-36)评分、双侧直腿降低实验(leg lift test)评估情况、0~10数字疼痛强度量表(NRS)得分的差异。结果在康复60 d后,实验组与对照组相比,前者在SF-36量表得分、Leg lift test评估上优于后者(P<0.05),同时,在NRS得分上前者低于后者(P<0.05)。结论使用Waff运动联合生物刺激反馈可有效提高产妇在产后腹部核心力量的恢复效果,提升产妇的生活质量。Objective To explore the positive effect of Waff exercises combined with biological stimulation feedback during recovery of abdominal core strength of postpartum women.Methods The paper chose 88 patients with postpartum rehabilitation in our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024,and divided them into the control group and the experimental group with random number table method.Among them,44 cases in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation treatment,while 44 cases in the experimental group with Waff exercise combined with biological stimulation feedback on the basis of the control group.Difference in 36 Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores,Leg lift test evaluation,and 0-10 Number Rating Scale(NRS)scores was observed between two groups.Results After 60 days of rehabilitation,the experimental group showed better scores of SF-36 scale and Leg lift test than the control group(P<0.05),while the NRS scores were lower than the latter,(P<0.05).Conclusion Waff exercise combined with biological stimulation feedback can improve recovery effect of postpartum abdominal core strength and enhance life quality of postpartum women effectively.
