摘　　要：指导工伤患者的康复训练具有显著的现实意义和社会价值。随着工业生产的多样化和工作形式的日益复杂化,当前生产活动中出现了多种不同类型的工伤患者,对工伤服务管理的需求也随之增加。本文探讨了工伤服务管理在促进工伤患者康复过程中的关键作用,并结合市场需求,对工伤服务管理在康复领域的应用策略进行了细致分析。文章建议强化对工伤患者康复需求的评估,制订周密的工伤康复服务计划,并选择恰当的康复服务路径。同时,指导工伤患者及其所在单位正确理解和积极支持康复工作,定期进行工伤康复政策的普及教育。通过深入基层,为工伤患者提供专业化的康复指导,以期扩大康复服务的覆盖范围。Guidance on rehabilitation training has strong practical and social significance for work-related injury patients.With diversity of industrial production and complexity of work forms,various types of work-related injuries have gradually emerged in current production activities,demand for work-related injury service management has been increasing.The paper analyzes effect of work-related injury service management in rehabilitation of work-related injury patients,application strategies of work-related injury service management in rehabilitation of patients combined with analysis of market demand for rehabilitation of patients,and proposes to strengthen assessment of rehabilitation demand of work-related injury patients,formulate work-related injury rehabilitation service plans,select appropriate channels,guide work-related injury patients and units to understand and support rehabilitation,carry out work-related injury rehabilitation policy publicity regularly,provide professional guidance for patients in units at grassroots levels,and expand coverage of rehabilitation for work-related injury patients.
