工程教育专业认证背景下的教学质量监控体系构建——以内蒙古大学的实践为例

摘  要:工程教育专业认证是国际通行的工程教育质量保障制度,教学质量监控体系是其核心组成部分,对于提高教学质量、保障人才培养质量具有至关重要的作用。构建与完善教学质量监控体系是高校提升教学质量、保障人才培养质量的重要途径。从教学质量监控组织体系建设、教学质量监控制度体系建设、教学质量评价与反馈体系建设展开讨论,内蒙古大学计算机学院建立了由顶层决策系统、组织管理系统、督导评价系统、保障支撑系统组成的全方位、全过程教学质量保障体系,经过近3年的有效实施,实现了人才培养目标的达成与培养质量的持续提升。Professional accreditation of engineering education is an internationally recognized system for ensuring the quality of engineering education,with the teaching quality monitoring system being its core component,playing an essential role in improving teaching quality and ensuring the quality of talent cultivation.Building and perfecting the teaching quality monitoring system is an important way for universities to enhance teaching quality and ensure the quality of talent cultivation.The paper discusses the construction of organizational system for teaching quality monitoring,institutional system for teaching quality monitoring,and evaluation and feedback system for teaching quality.As a result,the School of Computer Science at Inner Mongolia University has established a comprehensive and full process teaching quality assurance system consisting of a top-level decision-making system,organizational management system,supervision and evaluation system,and support system.After nearly three years of effective implementation,it has achieved the goal of talent cultivation and continuously improved the quality of training.
