盐酸伐昔洛韦片与更昔洛韦注射液治疗小儿EB病毒感染的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较盐酸伐昔洛韦片与更昔洛韦注射液治疗小儿EB病毒感染的效果。方法:选取2023年2月—2024年3月无锡市第八人民医院收治的EB病毒感染患儿70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组35例。对照组给予更昔洛韦注射液静脉注射治疗,研究组给予盐酸伐昔洛韦片口服治疗。对比两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平、症状改善时间、治疗依从性。结果:两组治疗有效率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-6水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗前后,两组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-6水平对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组退热时间、扁桃体肿大消退时间、咽痛消失时间、淋巴结肿大消退时间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究组治疗总依从率较对照组高(P=0.024)。结论:更昔洛韦注射液与盐酸伐昔洛韦片治疗小儿EB病毒感染均有一定效果,能够降低炎性因子水平,缓解临床症状,但患儿对于口服盐酸伐昔洛韦片的依从性更高。Objective:To compare the effect of valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets and ganciclovir injection in the treatment of EB virus infection in children.Methods:A total of 70 children infected with EB virus who were admitted to Wuxi Eighth People's Hospital from February 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous injection of ganciclovir injection and the study group was treated with oral valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets.Clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,symptom improvement time,and treatment compliance were compared between two groups.Results:There was no statistical difference in the effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-8 and interleukin-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-8 and interleukin-6 between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in the time of fever clearance,tonsillar enlargement regression,sore throat disappearance and lymph node enlargement regression between the two groups(P>0.05).The overall treatment compliance rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.024).Conclusion:Both ganciclovir injection and valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets have certain effects in the treatment of EB virus infection in children,and can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and alleviate clinical symptoms,but the compliance of children with oral valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets is higher.
