摘　　要：目的:分析针刺联合侧卧斜扳法、常规西药治疗缓解期腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年8月张掖市高台县中医医院收治的238例缓解期腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组119例。对照组实施常规西药联合侧卧斜扳法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施针刺。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组疼痛评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组腰椎功能评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.010)。结论:针刺联合侧卧斜扳法、常规西药治疗缓解期腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,可缓解患者腰痛症状,改善腰椎功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with lateral lying and oblique pulling manipulation and conventional western medicine in treatment of lumbar disc herniation in remission period.Methods:From January 2021 to August 2023,a total of 238 patients with lumbar disc herniation in remission period who were admitted to Gaotai County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhangye City were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group with 119 cases in each group.The control group was treated conventional western medicine plus lateral lying and oblique pulling manipulation,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effects in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the pain scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The lumbar function scores in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.010).Conclusion:The acupuncture combined with lateral lying and oblique pulling manipulation and conventional western medicine has significant effects in treatment of lumbar disc herniation in remission period,and can relieve the low back pain of patients and improve the lumbar function.
