火针联合窄谱中波紫外线、普连软膏封包治疗静止期轻中度斑块型银屑病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析火针联合窄谱中波紫外线、普连软膏封包治疗静止期轻中度斑块型银屑病的效果。方法:选取2022年4—12月于枣庄市中医医院皮肤科就诊的静止期轻中度斑块型银屑病患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组采用窄谱中波紫外线联合中药封包治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予火针治疗。比较两组皮损情况、银屑病面积与严重性指数(PASI)评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组红斑、鳞屑、浸润评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PASI评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗有效率较对照组高(P=0.038)。结论:火针联合窄谱中波紫外线、普连软膏封包治疗静止期轻中度斑块型银屑病的效果显著,可改善患者皮损情况。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of fire needle combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B and Pulian ointment encapsulation for mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis in remission period.Methods:Sixty patients with mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis in remission period who visited Dermatology Department of Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with narrow-band ultraviolet B and Chinese medicine encapsulation.The treatment group was treated with fire needle on the basis of control group.The skin lesions,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of erythema,scale and infiltration in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PASI scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.038).Conclusion:Fire needle combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B and Pulian ointment encapsulation is significantly effective for treating mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis in remission period,and can improve the skin lesions of patients.
