自拟扶阳固本汤联合常规西药治疗心力衰竭合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析自拟扶阳固本汤联合常规西药治疗心力衰竭合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年3月定西市岷县中医院收治的心力衰竭合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者68例作为研究对象,随机分成两组,各34例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予自拟扶阳固本汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P=0.040)。治疗后,两组Lee's心力衰竭评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组左室射血分数高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组促甲状腺激素水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟扶阳固本汤联合常规西药治疗心力衰竭合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的效果显著,可改善患者心功能和甲状腺功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of self-designed Fuyang Guben Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of heart failure complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods:A total of 68 patients with heart failure and subclinical hypothyroidism admitted to the Minxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Dingxi City from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The patients received conventional western medicine treatment,while the study group received Fuyang Guben Decoction treatment on the basis of control group.The treatment effect was compared between two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.040).After treatment,the Lee's heart failure scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and this parameter in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-designed Fuyang Guben Decoction combined with conventional western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of heart failure complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism,and can improve the cardiac function and thyroid function of patients.
