摘  要:目的:探究低剂量多层CT在肋骨骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年2月—2024年2月绵阳市中医医院收治的肋骨骨折患者200例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组接受常规剂量多层CT检查,观察组接受低剂量多层CT检查。比较两组诊断情况。结果:两组图像总优良率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组容积CT剂量指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不完全骨折、完全骨折诊断准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肋骨骨折患者实施低剂量多层CT检查与常规剂量多层CT检查均能获得高质量图像,且诊断准确率均较高,而与常规剂量多层CT比较,低剂量多层CT能够有效降低辐射剂量,减少对患者造成的辐射伤害。Objective:To explore the application value of low-dose multi-slice CT in the diagnosis of rib fracture.Methods:A total of 200 patients with rib fracture admitted to Mianyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional dose multi-slice CT examination and the observation group underwent low dose multi-slice CT examination.The diagnosis of the two groups was compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the total excellent rate of image quality between the two groups(P>0.05).The volumetric CT dose index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy rate of incomplete fracture and complete fracture between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both low-dose multi-slice CT and conventional-dose multi-slice CT can obtain high-quality images from patients with rib fractures and have high diagnostic accuracy rates.Compared with conventional-dose multi-slice CT,low-dose multi-slice CT can effectively reduce the radiation dose and reduce the radiation injury to patients.
