快速血糖仪在社区门诊2型糖尿病患者血糖检测中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析快速血糖仪在社区门诊2型糖尿病患者血糖检测中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年3月于广州市花都区新街社区卫生服务中心门诊接受血糖检测的160例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,均采用常规生化分析仪和快速血糖仪检测血糖,对比两种方法检测结果、检测耗时、患者满意度。结果:常规生化分析仪、快速血糖仪检测的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。一致性分析结果显示,Kappa值为0.894,存在高度一致性。快速血糖仪检测耗时短于常规生化分析仪,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。患者对快速血糖仪的总满意度高于常规生化分析仪(P=0.014)。结论:快速血糖仪在社区门诊2型糖尿病患者血糖检测中的应用价值较高,检测结果与常规生化分析仪存在高度一致性,且可缩短检测耗时,提高患者满意度。Objective:To analyze the application value of rapid blood glucometer in testing blood glucose of community outpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:From January 2021 to March 2023,160 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who received blood glucose testing in the Outpatient Department of Guangzhou Huadu District Xinjie Community Health Service Center were selected as the study subjects.They were tested for blood glucose by using conventional biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucometer.The test results and test time of two methods as well as the patient's satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose tested using conventional biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucometer(P>0.05).The consistency analysis results showed that,Kappa value was 0.894,indicating a high consistency.The test time of rapid blood glucometer was shorter than that of conventional biochemical analyzer,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction of patients with rapid blood glucometer was higher than that with conventional biochemical analyzer(P=0.014).Conclusion:Rapid blood glucometer has a high application value in testing blood glucose of community outpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the test results are highly consistent with those of conventional biochemical analyzer.Furthermore,this glucometer shortens the test time and improves the patient's satisfaction.
