摘　　要：目的:分析阴道和腹部彩色多普勒超声在子宫内膜病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取湖南中医药大学第二附属医院2021年2月—2022年4月收治的100例子宫内膜病变患者作为研究对象,患者均进行阴道、腹部彩色多普勒超声检查。以子宫内膜活检结果作为“金标准”,分析阴道彩色多普勒超声检查与腹部彩色多普勒超声检查诊断子宫内膜病变的效能。结果:阴道彩色多普勒超声检查诊断为阳性23例,腹部彩色多普勒超声检查诊断为阳性24例。阴道彩色多普勒超声检查诊断子宫内膜恶性病变的准确率高于腹部彩色多普勒超声检查(P=0.022)。结论:与腹部彩色多普勒超声检查相比,阴道彩色多普勒超声检查诊断子宫内膜病变的准确率更高。Objective:To analyze the application value of transvaginal and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions.Methods:A total of 100 patients with endometrial lesions treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent transvaginal and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound examinations.The endometrial biopsy results were used as the"gold standard"to analyze the diagnostic efficiency of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound for endometrial lesions.Results:A total of 23 cases were positive by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and 24 cases were positive by abdominal color Doppler ultrasound.The accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was higher than that of abdominal color Doppler ultrasound(P=0.022).Conclusion:Compared with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound,transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has a higher accuracy rate in diagnosing endometrial lesions.
