基于知信行理论的护理模式在牙周病患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究基于知信行理论的护理模式在牙周病患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将2020年5月—2022年6月广西医科大学附属口腔医院收治的牙周病患者94例按照随机数字表法分为两组,各47例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于知信行理论的护理模式。比较两组疾病认知度、口腔健康行为依从性、牙周健康情况。结果:干预前,两组牙周病发生机制、牙周病诱因、口腔清洁、牙周病危害评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组牙周病发生机制、牙周病诱因、口腔清洁、牙周病危害评分升高,且观察组评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组口腔健康行为总依从性较对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生理障碍、生理性疼痛、心理障碍评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组生理障碍、生理性疼痛、心理障碍评分降低,且观察组评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:基于知信行理论的护理模式在牙周病患者护理中的应用效果较好,能够有效加深患者疾病认知,提高口腔健康行为依从性,促进口腔健康。Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing mode based on knowledge-attitude-practice theory in the nursing for patients with periodontal disease.Methods:A total of 94 patients with periodontal disease admitted to Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi Medical University from May 2020 to June 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given the nursing mode based on the knowledge-attitude-practice theory.Disease cognition,oral health behavior compliance and periodontal health were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of periodontal disease pathogenesis,periodontal disease inducement,oral cleaning and periodontal disease hazards between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of periodontal disease pathogenesis,periodontal disease inducement,oral cleaning and periodontal disease hazards in two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total oral health behavior compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of physical disorder,physical pain and psychological disorder between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical disorder,physical pain and psychological disorder in two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing model based on the knowledge-attitude-practice theory has good effects in the nursing for patients with periodontal disease,and can effectively deepen the disease cognition of patients,improve the compliance of oral health behavior,and promote oral health.
