摘　　要：目的:探讨社区公共卫生护理干预在心血管疾病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年5月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的心血管疾病患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施社区公共卫生护理。对比两组患者干预前后血压、血糖、血脂、饮食依从性评分、自我管理能力评分及自我感受负担评分。结果:干预后,两组患者血压、血糖及血脂水平降低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者饮食依从性评分、自我管理能力评分显著提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,患者自我感受负担评分显著下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社区公共卫生护理干预在心血管疾病患者中的应用效果显著,能够有效控制血压、血糖及血脂水平,提高其饮食依从性和自我管理能力,减轻自我感受负担。Objective:To explore the application effect of community public health nursing intervention in cardiovascular disease patients.Methods:From May 2021 to May 2023,60 patients with cardiovascular diseases who were admitted to Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received community public health nursing.The blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid,dietary compliance scores,self-management ability scores and self-perceived burden scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid levels in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of dietary compliance and self-management ability in the two groups increased significantly,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-perceived burden scores of patients decreased significantly,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of community public health nursing intervention in patients with cardiovascular diseases has a significant effect,which can effectively control blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid levels,improve their dietary compliance and self-management ability,and relieve their self-perceived burden.
