摘 要:目的:探讨健康教育在肾功能衰竭患者血液透析护理中的应用效果。方法:将2021年2月—2022年5月于南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院进行血液透析治疗的80例肾功能衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予健康教育干预。对比两组患者健康知识掌握度、负面情绪、生活质量。结果:观察组健康知识总掌握度高于对照组(P=0.025)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组情感职能、精神健康、社会功能、生理功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组情感职能、精神健康、社会功能、生理功能评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育在肾功能衰竭患者血液透析护理中的应用效果显著,能够提高患者健康知识掌握度和生活质量,改善其不良情绪。Objective:To explore the application effect of health education in hemodialysis care of patients with renal failure.Methods:A total of 80 patients with renal failure who underwent hemodialysis treatment in Wuxi People's Hospital Nanjing Medical University Affiliated from February 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received health education intervention.The health knowledge mastery,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total health knowledge mastery degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.025).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of emotional function,mental health,social function and physiological function between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of emotional function,mental health,social function and physiological function in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education in hemodialysis care of patients with renal failure has a significant effect,which can improve the health knowledge mastery and quality of life of patients,and ameliorate their negative emotion.
