摘　　要：目的:探讨低碳水化合物饮食疗法联合高强度间歇运动在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年6月—2023年12月日照市东港区疾病预防控制中心调查登记随访的T2DM患者74例的临床资料,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各37例。对照组实施低碳水化合物饮食疗法,观察组在对照组基础上进行高强度间歇运动。比较两组血糖及胰岛素抵抗指标、血脂水平、生活质量。结果:干预后,两组血糖及胰岛素抵抗指标、血脂水平均优于干预前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组生活质量特异性量表评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低碳水化合物饮食疗法联合高强度间歇运动在T2DM患者中的应用效果较好,能够降低其血糖、血脂水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To investigate the application effect of low-carbohydrate diet therapy combined with high-intensity intermittent exercise in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 74 T2DM patients admitted to Rizhao City Donggang District Center from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected for study.They were divided into two groups by using random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-carbohydrate diet,and the observation group was treated with high-intensity intermittent exercise on the basis of control group.Blood glucose and insulin resistance indicators,blood lipid levels and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the blood glucose and insulin resistance indicators and blood lipid levels in the two groups were better than those before intervention,and these parameters in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the specific quality of life scale in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-carbohydrate diet therapy combined with high-intensity intermittent exercise has a good effect in patients with T2DM,and can reduce blood glucose and blood lipid levels,ameliorate insulin resistance,and improve the quality of life of patients.
