品管圈活动在轴节类手术器械清洗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析品管圈活动在轴节类手术器械清洗中的应用效果。方法:昆山市第二人民医院消毒供应中心于2023年3月起实施品管圈活动,选取2023年5月管理的轴节类手术器械19558件作为对照组,选取2023年7月管理的轴节类手术器械19558件作为观察组。两组均由同一批医护人员参与管理。对比两组清洗工作质量评分、清洗质量合格率、不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组清洗流程、清洗质量、器械拆装、包装质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组清洗质量合格率高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:品管圈活动在轴节类手术器械清洗中的应用效果显著,可提高清洗质量,降低不良事件发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of quality control circle activity in the cleaning of cardo surgical instruments.Methods:In March 2023,the Disinfection Supply Center of the Second People's Hospital of Kunshan City implemented the quality control circle activity.A total of 19558 cardo surgical instruments managed from May 2023 were selected as the control group,and 19558 cardo surgical instruments managed in July 2023 were selected as the observation group.Both groups were managed by the same batch of medical staff.The cleaning quality score,the qualified cleaning quality rate and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of cleaning process,cleaning quality,instrument disassembly,packaging quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The qualified cleaning quality rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of quality control circle activity in the cleaning of cardo surgical instruments is significant,which can improve the cleaning quality and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
