摘 要:利用丝束电极技术研究了TC4钛合金在不同介质中的局部腐蚀行为,为研究钛合金局部腐蚀行为提供了新的评价方法。丝束电极技术作为研究金属材料局部腐蚀行为的方法之一,具有独特的优势。不同于传统电化学方法只能捕捉金属表面整体均一化的电化学信息,丝束电极通过单一细小电极之间的耦合可以模拟整个金属表面不同区域的电位和电流分布情况。经研究发现,TC4钛合金在不同介质中的局部腐蚀行为存在差异,在酸性介质中局部腐蚀现象最严重,碱性介质中没有明显的局部腐蚀。丝束电极技术能够有效测试局部腐蚀过程的瞬时电流变化情况,与传统电极相比,能够更加具体和直观地获得局部腐蚀信息。The local corrosion behavior of TC4 titanium alloy in different media was studied using wire beam electrode technique.A new evaluation method for studying the local corrosion behavior of titanium alloys was provided.The wire beam electrode,as one of the methods for studying the local corrosion behavior of metal materials,has unique advantages.Unlike traditional electrochemical methods,which can only capture the overall electrochemical information of the metal surface,wire beam electrode can simulate the potential and current distribution in different regions of the entire metal surface through the coupling of a single small electrode.It is found that the local corrosion behavior of TC4 titanium alloy in different media is different.The local corrosion phenomenon is the most serious in acidic medium,and there is no obvious local corrosion behavior in alkaline medium.The transient current change of local corrosion process can be measured effectively by the wire beam electrode technology,and more specific local corrosion information can be obtained compared with the traditional electrode.
