摘 要:为解决高阻抗电弧炉电抗器档位选择不当带来的工作效率下降的问题,提出了带固定电抗器的高阻抗电弧炉电抗器档位优化方法,分析了电抗器档位对电弧炉供电稳定性、负载特性和供电曲线的影响。实际应用结果表明,采用该优化方法,能够满足电弧炉工艺对输入功率的要求,发挥了高阻抗电弧炉高电压长弧冶炼的优势。To address the issue of reduced work efficiency caused by improper position of high impedance EAF reactors,an optimization method for the reactor position of high impedance arc furnaces with a fixed reactor was introduced.The impact of reactor position on the power supply stability,load characteristics,and power supply curve of EAF was analyzed.Practical application results show that by adopting this optimization method,it can meet the input power requirements for the process of EAF,leveraging the advantages of high voltage and long arc smelting in high impedance arc furnaces.
