摘 要:通过运用六西格玛方法和质量分析工具,找到冷镦钢线材结疤发生的关键因子,其中钢坯表面修磨毛刺和擦划伤是造成点串状结疤的主要因素,加热炉出炉辊道和过钢件异常是造成翘皮状结疤的主要因素。通过优化钢坯精整工艺和推进轧线过钢件精细化管理等一系列改进措施,冷镦钢结疤发生率由改进前的0.54%下降至0.10%,西格玛水平由2.5提高到3.0。By applying the six sigma method and quality analysis methods,the key factors for the occurrence of scarring in cold heading steel wires were found,among which the billet surface grinding burrs and scratches were the main factors for the string scarring,and the abnormalities of the heating furnace discharge rollers and the steel parts were the main factors for the warping scarring.Through a series of improvement measures such as optimizing the billet finishing process and promoting the fine management of rolling line equipment,the incidence of scarring in cold heading steel decreased from 0.54%before improvement to 0.10%,and the sigma level increased from 2.5 to 3.0.
