摘 要:针对热轧带钢头部严重镰刀弯引发的卷取机入口受阻堆钢问题,详细研究热轧卷取机侧导板堆钢原因及控制程序原理,通过创建卷取侧导板防堆钢自动控制程序,自动识别钢卷头部镰刀弯特征值并反馈修正侧导板控制输出,实现不同来料头部镰刀弯动态自动调整控制,避免人工未干预、误干预而引发的堆钢事故并兼顾卷形控制,有效减少堆钢事故频次及侧导板异常损耗。Aiming at the problem of blocked stack steel at the coiler entrance caused by severe sickle bend at the head of hot rolled strips,the reasons for bad coiling and the principle of control program for side guide plate of coiler were studied in detail.By creating an automatic control program for the anti-heap steel of the coiling side guide plate,the characteristic value of the steel coil head sickle bend was automatically identified and the control output of the side guide plate was modified by feedback to realize the dynamic automatic adjustment and control of the sickle bend of the steel coil head with different incoming materials.After the implementation of this program,it helps avoid accidents caused by manual non-intervention and incorrect intervention,while also taking coil shape control into account,effectively reducing the frequency of accidents and abnormal wear of the side guide plate.
