摘　　要：目的了解行单节段颈椎前路椎间盘切除减压椎间融合术(ACDF)的神经根型颈椎病患者术前椎旁肌脂肪浸润水平同术后疼痛和功能学评分的相关性。方法回顾2013年1月至2021年12月于福建医科大学附属协和医院骨科行单节段ACDF的神经根型颈椎病患者共67例,通过术前颈椎核磁共振图像测量椎旁肌表面积,通过视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评估颈椎功能和生活质量。结果功能区肌肉比例同手术前后VAS评分差值相关(P<0.05)。结论神经根型颈椎病行单节段ACDF,功能区肌肉比例同术后VAS评分相关,同术后NDI改善无关。Objective To investigate the correlation between preoperative paravertebral muscle fat infiltration level and postoperative pain and functional score in patients with radicular cervical spondylosis who underwent single-segment anterior cervical discectomy and fusion(ACDF).Methods From January 2013 to December 2021,a total of 67 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who underwent single-segment ACDF in the Department of Orthopaedics,Fujian Medical University Union Hospital were reviewed.The surface area of paravertebral muscles was measured by preoperative cervical MRI images,and the cervical function and quality of life were evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS)and neck disability index(NDI).Results There was significant correlation between the muscle proportion of functional area and the difference of VAS score before and after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Single-segment ACDF is performed for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and the muscle proportion of functional area is related to postoperative VAS score,but has nothing to do with the improvement of postoperative NDI.
