摘 要:目的基于创造性问题解决(CPS)模型教学模式设计教学方法,评价实施效果。方法基于岗位能力需求项目化设计教学内容;设计“线上线下、课内课外”相结合、教学方法多样的教学方案,对2022级高职护理专业1班和2班共134名学生开展教学,1班作为对照组,采用传统讲授模式,2班作为试验组,采用CPS模型教学模式,比较两组学生的学业成绩、创新能力的变化情况。结果试验组学生的学业成绩有显著提升;创新意识、创新实践能力差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);创新思维中的逻辑思维能力、直觉思维能力和灵感思维能力差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于CPS的教学模型能显著提升学生的学业成绩和创新能力。Objective To design teaching methods based on creative problem solving(CPS)model teaching mode and evaluate the implementation effect.Methods Project-based teaching content was designed based on post ability requirements.A teaching scheme combining"online and offline,in-class and out-of-class"and various teaching methods was designed.A total of 134 students in Class 1 and Class 2 of higher vocational nursing Grade 2022 were taught,with Class 1 as the control group using traditional teaching method,Class 2 as the experimental group using the Creative Problem Solving(CPS)model of teaching.Compare the changes in academic performance and innovative abilities of the two groups of students.Results The academic performance of the students in the experimental group was significantly improved.There was significant difference in innovation consciousness and innovation practice ability(P<0.01).And there was significant difference in logical thinking ability,intuitive thinking ability and inspirational thinking ability within the innovative thinking ability(P<0.01).Conclusion The CPS based teaching model can significantly improve students’academic performance and innovation ability.
