摘　　要：目的系统评价穴位埋线联合中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征的有效性。方法检索2010年1月—2023年11月中国知网、维普资讯-中文期刊服务平台、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、Embase、Pub Med、Cochrane Library中关于穴位埋线联合中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征的文献,对纳入文献进行数据提取和方法学质量评价,采用Rev Man 5.4进行数据分析。结果共检索获得151篇文献,最终纳入15篇文献,样本量1026例,针药组450例,对照组(中药组、穴位埋线组、西药组)576例;Meta分析结果显示,针药组能够更有效地降低多囊卵巢综合征患者的体重指数(BMI)及睾酮(T)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合中药较单纯中药、西药及穴位埋线治疗多囊卵巢综合征在降低BMI、T、FINS、HOMA-IR方面疗效显著。Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of acupoint catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Relevant literature on acupoint catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,WanFang Database,CBM,Embase,PubMed,and Cochrane Library from January 2010 to November 2023.Data extraction and methodological quality evaluation were conducted for the included literature,and RevMan 5.4 was used for data analysis.Results A total of 151 articles were retrieved,and 15 articles were ultimately included,with a sample size of 1026 cases.There were 450 cases in the acupuncture-medicine group and 576 cases in the control group(the traditional Chinese medicine subgroup,the acupoint catgut embedding subgroup,the Western medicine subgroup).Meta-analysis showed that the levels of body mass index(BMI),testosterone(T),fasting insulin(FINS),and homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)in the acupuncture-medicine group could more effectively reduce(P<0.05).Conclusions Acupoint catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine is more effective than those by simple traditional Chinese medicine,Western medicine,or acupoint catgut embedding alone in reducing levels of BMI,T,FINS,and HOMA-IR in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
