亚热带山岳丛林江河地区不同军种常见疾病对比分析

摘　　要：目的研究亚热带山岳丛林江河地区不同军种的常见疾病,为部队官兵提供更加优质的医疗卫生服务。方法采用分层抽样法抽取亚热带山岳丛林江河地区20所部队医院2022年1月—2023年1月收治的524例现役官兵住院病案,分析不同军种官兵的疾病分布情况。结果不同军种官兵排名前10位的疾病情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、肌肉骨骼系统和结缔组织疾病、泌尿生殖系统疾病是亚热带山岳丛林江河地区不同军种官兵排名前4位的疾病类型,仅存在位序差异。不同军种官兵排名前10位的疾病年龄分布比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论部队医院需要充分结合亚热带山岳丛林江河地区官兵疾病发生情况制订针对性的预防和治疗措施,全面提升官兵的健康水平,保障部队的战斗力。Objective To study the common diseases of different army services in subtropical mountain jungle riverine areas in order to provide better healthcare services for army officers and soldiers.Methods A stratified sampling method was used to select the medical records of 524 active-duty officers and soldiers who admitted in 20 military hospitals in the subtropical mountain jungle riverine areas from January 2022 to January 2023,and the disease distribution of different army services were analyzed.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the top ten diseases among the officers and soldiers of different army services(P>0.05).Respiratory system diseases,digestive system diseases,musculoskeletal system and connective tissue system diseases,and genitourinary system diseases were the top four types of diseases among the officers and soldiers of different army services in the subtropical mountain jungle riverine areas,with only sequence differences.There were no significant differences in the age distribution of the top ten diseases among officers and soldiers of different army services(P>0.05).Conclusions The military hospitals need to formulate targeted prevention and treatment measures in full combination of the occurrence of diseases in the officers and soldiers in the subtropical mountain jungle riverine areas,so as to comprehensively improve the health level of the officers and soldiers,and ensure the combat capability of the army.
