摘 要:目的观察环磷腺苷葡胺治疗新生儿窒息致心肌损害的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月泗洪医院收治的新生儿窒息致心肌损害患儿60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例,在常规治疗的同时,对照组给予果糖二磷酸钠治疗,观察组给予环磷腺苷葡胺治疗,比较两组患儿疗效、心肌损害指标、血气分析指标和症状改善时间。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶、心肌肌钙蛋白T和二氧化碳分压水平低于对照组,血氧分压和氧合指数水平高于对照组,症状消失时间、心电图恢复时间和心肌损害指标恢复时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基础治疗的同时联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗新生儿窒息致心肌损害疗效显著,能够明显缓解患儿临床症状,保护心肌。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate in the treatment of myocardial damage caused by neonatal asphyxia.Methods A total of 60 children diagnosed with myocardial damage caused by neonatal asphyxia and admitted to Hospital of Sihong from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.While receiving conventional treatment,the control group were treated with Fructose diphosphate sodium,and the observation group were treated with Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate,the efficacy,myocardial damage indexes,blood gas analysis indexes and symptom improvement time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of creatine kinase-MB,lactate dehydrogenase,cardiac troponin T and partial pressure of carbon dioxide were lower than those of the control group,the levels of blood partial pressure of oxygen and oxygenation index were higher than those of the control group,and the time of symptom disappearance,electrocardiogram recovery and myocardial damage index recovery were shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Meglumine Adenosine Cyclophosphate and basic treatment has a significant effect in treating myocardial damage caused by neonatal asphyxia,it can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of children and protect the myocardium.
