中药封包联合薏苡仁汤治疗寒湿型腰痛患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药封包联合薏苡仁汤治疗寒湿型腰痛患者的效果。方法选取2023年2月—2024年3月台州章氏骨伤医院收治的96例寒湿型腰痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为A组与B组各48例。A组予以中药封包联合塞来昔布治疗,B组予以中药封包联合薏苡仁汤治疗,比较两组中医证候积分、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、腰椎功能[Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分]、腰椎活动度、日常生活活动能力[Barthel指数(BI)评分]、临床疗效以及不良反应。结果治疗后,两组中医证候积分、VAS评分、ODI评分均较治疗前降低,且B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组腰椎前屈、后伸最大角度均较治疗前增加,且B组大于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组BI评分均较治疗前升高,且B组高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组总有效率高于A组、不良反应总发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药封包联合薏苡仁汤治疗寒湿型腰痛患者的临床效果较好,可减轻症状,缓解疼痛,改善腰椎功能,增加腰椎活动度,提高日常生活活动能力,且无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine package combined with Yiyiren Decoction in the treatment of patients with cold-dampness lumbago.Methods A total of 96 patients with cold-dampness lumbago admitted to Taizhou Zhang's Orthopedic Hospital from February 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the random number table,with 48 cases in each group.Group A was treated with traditional Chinese medicine package combined with Celecoxib,and group B was treated with traditional Chinese medicine package combined with Yiyiren Decoction.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],lumbar function[Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)],lumbar mobility,activities of daily living[Barthel Index(BI)score],clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,VAS and ODI scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the group B were lower than those in the group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the maximum angles of flexion and extension in the two groups were larger than those before treatment,and those in group B were larger than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the BI scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in group B were higher than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine package combined with Yiyiren Decoction is effective in the treatment of patients with cold-dampness lumbago,it can reduce symptoms,relieve pain,improve lumbar function,increase lumbar mobility,and improve living activities,it has no o
