摘　　要：本文总结1例全子宫切除术后排尿困难患者的护理情况,通过简易膀胱容量和压力测定后,结合其他评估情况,针对性地制订干预措施,包括间歇性导尿计划、饮水计划、排尿日记、心理护理等,达到保持膀胱低压、避免肾脏反流、促进自主排尿的护理目标。By summarising the case of 1 patient who developed dysuria after total hysterectomy,we measured the bladder volume and pressure simply,and then developed targeted interventions,including intermittent catheterization plan,drinking water plan,voiding diary and psychological care,in combination with other assessment results,these measures aimed to maintain low bladder pressure,avoid renal reflux,and promote spontaneous urination.
