摘　　要：目的观察延续性护理在大隐静脉曲张微波消融术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年2月—2024年2月于解放军联勤保障部队第九二三医院行微波消融术的大隐静脉曲张患者102例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各51例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用延续性护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组总有效率、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分高于对照组,临床症状消失时间短于对照组,温哥华瘢痕评定量表(VSS)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理在大隐静脉曲张患者微波消融术后患者中的应用效果较好,能够缩短患者小腿麻木、血肿、皮下溃疡面消失时间,减少瘢痕形成,提高其自我护理能力和生活质量。Objective To observe the application effect of continuous nursing in patients with great saphenous varicose vein after microwave ablation.Methods A total of 102 patients with great saphenous varicose vein who underwent microwave ablation in 923 Hospital of PLA Joint Logistic Support Force from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the total effective rates of the observation group and Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)were higher than those of the control group;the disappearance time of clinical symptoms was shorter than that in the control group;the scores of each dimension of the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)and the Generic Quality of Life Inventory 74(GQOL-74)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of continuous nursing in patients with great saphenous varicose vein after microwave ablation is better,it can shorten the disappearance time of numbness,hematoma and subcutaneous ulcer on the calf,reduce scar formation,and improve self-care ability and quality of life.
