摘　　要：目的观察3例产后并发HELLP综合征患者血浆置换治疗的综合护理效果。方法回顾性分析2023年5月、2023年7月、2024年3月于黔西南州人民医院行血浆置换治疗的3例产后并发HELLP综合征患者的临床资料,均接受综合护理干预,分析总结护理效果。结果3例患者临床症状改善,无并发症发生。结论产后并发HELLP综合征患者血浆置换治疗中采取综合护理干预,可有效预防感染、出血等并发症,改善患者预后。Objective To observe the comprehensive nursing effect of plasma exchange in 3 patients with postpartum HELLP syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 3 patients with postpartum HELLP syndrome who underwent plasma exchange in Qian Xi Nan People's Hospital in May 2023,July 2023 and March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,all patients received comprehensive nursing intervention,and the nursing effect was analyzed and summarized.Results The clinical symptoms of 3 patients were improved,and no complications occurred.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention in plasma exchange treatment of patients with postpartum HELLP syndrome can effectively prevent complications such as infection and bleeding,and improve the prognosis of patients.
