摘　　要：目的总结5例Micra无导线起搏器植入术患者的护理经验。方法回顾性分析2021年1—8月海军军医大学第一附属医院心血管内科5例接受Micra无导线起搏器植入患者的护理经验,包括术前评估、心理护理、术中护理和术后观察等。结果5例患者在植入无导线起搏器后,术中测试阈值、感知良好,术中及术后均未发生并发症,最后康复出院。结论积极有效的护理措施能够降低Micra无导线起搏器植入术患者的并发症风险,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of 5 patients with Micra leadless pacemaker implantation.Methods The nursing experience of 5 patients who received Micra leadless pacemaker implantation in Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,The First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from January to August 2021 was retrospectively analyzed,included preoperative evaluation,psychological nursing,intraoperative nursing and postoperative observation.Results After implantation of leadless pacemaker,5 patients had good intraoperative test threshold and perception,no complications occurred during and after operation,and finally recovered and discharged from hospital.Conclusions Active and effective nursing measures can reduce the risk of complications and improve the quality of life of patients with Micra leadless pacemaker implantation.
