集束化护理在ICU机械通气患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察重症监护病房(ICU)机械通气患者应用集束化护理的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2023年12月上海市嘉定区南翔医院收入ICU并行气管插管机械通气的患者127例,将2020年1月—2021年12月收治的60例患者纳入对照组,采用常规护理措施,将2022年1月—2023年12月收治的67例患者纳入观察组,采用集束化护理。比较两组有创通气时间、总通气时间、呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生率。结果观察组有创通气时间、总通气时间短于对照组,VAP发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理能缩短ICU机械通气患者的有创通气时间和总通气时间,有效预防和控制VAP的发生。Objective To observe the effect of cluster nursing on patients with mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods From January 2020 to December 2023,a total of 127 ICU patients with tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation admitted to Shanghai Jiading District Nanxiang Hospital were selected,a total of 60 patients admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 were included in the control group,and routine nursing measures were adopted,a total of 67 patients admitted from January 2022 to December 2023 were included in the observation group,and cluster nursing wasadopted.The invasive ventilation time,total ventilation time and the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)were compared between the two groups.Results The invasive ventilation time and total ventilation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of VAP was lower than that of thecontrol group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of cluster nursing in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation can shorten the invasive ventilation time and total ventilation time of patients with mechanical ventilation,effectively prevent and control the occurrence of VAP.
