1例食管癌新辅助治疗并发伪膜性肠炎患者的护理

摘　　要：伪膜性肠炎是一种对生命有潜在危险的急性感染性肠炎,常发生于结肠,偶见于小肠。该炎症多因患者应用抗生素后致使肠道菌群失调,感染难辨梭状芽孢杆菌进而引发急性黏膜坏死和纤维素渗出。本文总结2023年3月2日北京大学人民医院青岛医院收治的1例食管癌新辅助治疗并发伪膜性肠炎患者的护理情况,此例患者在未应用大剂量抗生素的情况下发生伪膜性肠炎,临床工作中少见。本文从基础护理、用药护理、肛周护理、饮食护理、病情观察、防止交叉感染、心理护理七大方面进行了总结。患者症状得到控制,病情稳定,顺利恢复出院。Pseudomembranous colitis is an acute infectious enteritis that is potentially dangerous to life.It often occurs in the colon and occasionally in the small intestine.The inflammation is caused by the imbalance of intestinal flora after the application of antibiotics in patients,and the infection of clostridium difficile leads to acute mucosal necrosis and cellulose exudation.This paper summarizes the nursing of a patient with esophageal cancer complicated with pseudomembranous colitis who was admitted to Qingdao Hospital,Peking University People's Hospital on March 2,2023.The patient developed pseudomembranous colitis without the application of high-dose antibiotics,and the clinical work was rare.This paper summarizes the seven aspects of basic nursing,medication nursing,perianal nursing,diet nursing,disease observation,prevention of cross infection and psychological nursing.The patient's symptoms were controlled,the condition was stable,and the patient was discharged smoothly.
