基于个体化健康宣教方式的护理干预对下肢静脉溃疡患者的影响

摘　　要：目的观察基于个体化健康宣教方式的护理干预对下肢静脉溃疡(VLU)患者的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2024年1月南通市如皋博爱医院诊治的60例VLU患者,将2022年1月—2023年1月采用常规护理措施的30例患者纳入对照组,将2023年2月—2024年1月采用基于个体化健康宣教方式的护理干预的30例患者纳入观察组。比较两组溃疡愈合、自我护理能力、治疗依从性和并发症情况。结果干预后,观察组溃疡愈合总有效率、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)各项评分及总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于VLU患者采用基于个体化健康宣教方式的护理指导能够改善溃疡愈合效果,减少并发症发生,增强其自我护理能力,进而提高治疗依从性。Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention based on individualized health education in patients with venous leg ulcer(VLU).Methods From January 2022 to January 2024,a total of 60 patients with VLU who received nursing care in Rugao Boai Hospital of Nantong City were selected,from January 2022 to January 2023,30 patients with routine nursing measures were included in the control group,from February 2023 to January 2024,30 patients with nursing intervention under individualized health education were included in the observation group.The ulcer healing,self-care ability,treatment compliance and complications of the two groups after nursing were observed.Results After intervention,the total effective rate of ulcer healing,the scores of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)and the total compliance rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on individualized health education for VLU patients can improve ulcer healing,reduce complications,enhance their self-care ability,and thus improve treatment compliance.
