摘 要:煤矿安全高效回采往往伴随工作面接替紧张问题,矿区巷道快速掘进,尤其是煤巷高效掘进能较好地缓解。针对内蒙古自治区东胜煤田新街台格庙矿区进行煤矿快速掘进研究。首先针对矿区工程地质条件,从地质条件、巷道断面、巷道掘进设备选型、巷道支护工艺及施工劳动组织等方面分析影响巷道快速掘进原因;其次,依托矿区地质条件优选EJM540/4-2型掘锚一体机+MZHB5-1500/25型煤矿用锚杆转载机+DZQ100/100/45型煤矿用带式转载机+DWZY1000/1200型带式输送机自移机尾配套组成的掘进设备方案;细化分析了超前钻探、截割系统、临时防护、机载支护系统、物料运输系统、行走系统、工作面除尘系统的设备参数;最后,结合矿区煤巷围岩条件与掘进设备参数优化支护设计,从而实现巷道快速掘进。研究成果为类似地层巷道快速施工提供了技术参考。The safe and efficient mining of coal mine often accompanies the problem of tight replacement of working faces,and the rapid excavation of mining roadway,especially the efficient excavation of coal roadway,can effectively alleviate it.Researched on the rapid excavation of coal mine in the Xinjie Taigemiao mining area of Dongsheng coalfield,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Firstly,based on the engineering geological conditions of the mining area,analyzed the reasons that affect the rapid excavation of roadwa from the aspects of geological conditions,roadway section,selection of roadway excavation equipment,roadway support technology,and construction labor organization.Secondly,based on the geological conditions of the mining area,the optimal excavation equipment scheme consists of EJM540/4-2 type integrated mining and anchoring machine+MZHB5-1500/25 type coal mine anchor rod transfer machine+DZQ100/100/45 type coal mine belt transfer machine+DWZY1000/1200 type belt conveyor self moving machine tail matching.Detailed analysis was conducted on the equipment parameters of advanced drilling,cutting system,temporary protection,mounted support system,material transportation system,walking system,and working face dust removal system.Finally,by combining the surrounding rock conditions and excavation equipment parameters of coal roadway in the mining area,optimized support design,rapid excavation of roadway surrounding rock can be achieved,providing technical reference for the rapid construction of similar geological roadway.
