摘  要:结合大采高综放工作面顶底板条件,采用3种计算方法确定液压支架支护强度。通过力学分析、周边矿井调研,小纪汗煤矿确定选用ZFY21000/30/55D两柱掩护式放顶煤液压支架。通过提高立柱抗冲击性、增大平衡千斤顶受力,该支架可有效支护工作面顶板、防止煤壁片帮,在小纪汗煤矿取得良好的使用效果。Combined with the roof and floor conditions of the fully mechanized caving face with large mining height,three calculation methods were used to determine the support strength of the hydraulic support.Through mechanical analysis and research on surrounding mines,Xiaojihan coal mine decided to use the ZFY21000/30/55D two column shield-type top coal caving hydraclic support.By improving the impact resistance of the column and increasing the load of the balance jack,this support can effectively support the roof of the working face and prevent coal wall spalling,achieving good use results in Xiaojihan coal mine.
