摘  要:针对超前液压支架随工作面的开采向前移动过程中易发生倾斜、倒架等安全事故,在分析、调研的基础上,设计研发了一种超前液压支架辅助自移装置。该辅助自移装置可以有效避免超前液压支架在移动过程中的倾斜、倒架,解决现有超前液压支架移架过程中人工干预多、劳动强度大、易发生安全事故等问题,有效提高工作面超前支护安全和工作效率、降低工人劳动强度。In view of the safety accidents such as tilting and falling in the process of advanced hydraulic support along with the working face,based on analysis and research,designed and developed an advanced hydraulic support auxiliary self-shift device.This auxiliary self-shift device can effectively avoid the tilting and falling of the advanced hydraulic support in the process of moving,solve the problems of existing advanced hydraulic support in the process of moving,such as many manual interventions,large labor intensity,and being prone to safety accidents,effectively improves the safety and work efficiency of advanced support,and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
